So the customer service is not that good, that gives me no update. I replied and said sorry I did not mean to bother and then she emailed back " that the belt was in the cutting process". That's all wanted to begin with and she did apologize as well but all this could been avoided with good service to begin with. I will wait and see how the belt is, I have heard they are good so we will see.

I got my gear at the 3 weeks mark and it is great, yes I had a negative customer service experience but the product is great!
Everyone there is always is the best and easy to deal with!! I wouldn't step up on the platform with any other gear on!!
I placed an order over two weeks ago, a custom power lifting belt and wrist wraps and knee wraps and currently waiting for the entire order to ship since they wont ship it until the belt is finish.So I emailed the company for an update just get a status of my order so I can start planning my heavier training since I have a meet on April 30 and currently do not have a belt. I asked for an update and I got this is was the answer. "As stated on the website custom belts take up to 5 weeks to complete"
Customer service needs an upgrade!
Best place to order your gear from!! The only folks I trust to make my belts and by far the best wraps on the market!! Always the best customer service you can ask for. My first Double Suede belt was at my house with 1 week. My second belt was a Double Suede Embroidered belt and had it at my house within just a few weeks. Far better then any other company out there these days.
Ordered my 100% custom belt and had it in my hand 8 days later. We're talking stitch color, name embroidered, edged, custom buckle. Everything Perfect. Exactly how I ordered it. I love if they have questions they will call you before making the belt. I love when I send emails I get a response the same day usually within the hour. Best belt company in the business hands down.
